General FAQ:
  • Who can have an account at de Cor's?
  • Anyone aged 18 and over may have an account to buy at de Cor's. If you are under 18, you will need permission from a parent or guardian, and adult supervision.

  • I can't remember my password, what should I do?
  • Click sign in, then "clicking here" to have your password sent to you:

    de Cor's will send a temporary password that you can use to sign in with.

  • How do I change my password?
  • Go to My Account > Change Password, and you can change it there by following the onscreen instructions.

  • How do I change the email address for my account?
  • Go to My Account > Edit Info, then update your E-mail address.

  • When I try to register, it says my email address is already in use. What does this mean?
  • Once an email address is registered on de Cor's, it can never be reused for a different account.

  • How do I change or add a mailing address?
  • de Cor's does not store your mailing address. You can specify Shipping Address during check out, or else your PayPal address will be used.

  • May I have more than one account?
  • You may have more than one account. However, it's not a practice we encourage, since download link and purchase records are linked to individual account.

  • How do I close my account? Can I close my account to start a new one?
  • You can close your account to start a new one, but you will need to use a different email address and none of your information will be carried over. For security reasons usernames and emails can't be reused once they are in our system. Please contact Support if you would like to close your account.

  • I have a question that's not included in the FAQ, what do I do?
